Haydn Shaughnessy is the author of Flow: A Handbook for Change Makers and 12 Steps to Flow: The New Framework for Business Agility. He is the co-director of the Global Centre for Business Agility based in Dublin. He was previously a Forbes.com columnist and and editor of Innovation Management and is an expert in global competitiveness. He has advised companies and organisations such as SWIFT, CLS, RBS, The Swiss Stock Exchange, and Fujifilm on disruption and how to respond to it.
