Talking Cybersecurity with the board of directors

In today’s threat landscape, boards of directors are more interested than ever before in their company’s cybersecurity strategy. The perception of the board is different than that of CIO and CISO and definitely more high level. If you want to maintain a board’s confidence, you can’t wait until after an attack to start talking to them about how you are securing the enterprise. We’ll take a look at how technically one should present to the board, which frameworks can help for structure and how to package it in a way that gives the board exactly what they need to know and when they need to know it.
