PANEL: „How to finance a technology company in Croatia?"

Currently, there are limited options for capital raising for tech companies in Croatia, depending on the company’s stage of development. Panel will focus on how successful regional tech companies raise initial and VC funding and subsequent challenges. Tomislav Gračan (Management Board Member, Zagreb Stock Exchange), Damir Bičanić (Director, Funderbeam), Ivan Mrvoš (founder, Include), Domagoj Oreb (Partner, South Central Ventures) and Matt Brogie (CEO, Repsly) will join as panelists and Maja Bešević Vlajo (Management Board Member, N3 Capital Partners) as moderator.

Completed several transactions including advising Zagreb Stock Exchange in the acquisition of Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Previously worked as Head of Asset Management at Podravska banka and Equity Analyst at Abacus brokeri. Maja serves as a Supervisory Board Member at Croatian Central Clearing and Depository Company and is a founding/board member of CFA Society Croatia.
