Keynote speaker Steven Van Belleghem is among the confirmed speakers. During his lecture, Customers the Day after Tomorrow, he will talk about how to "read" users' preferences with the help of new technologies, whilehe will prepare a new theme for participants to hear live on WinDays20 conference in the fall.
