The third workshop "Transformation of the organization through learning and implementation of the developmental mental structure (Growth Mindset)" will be held on December 9th from 6PM to 9PM, in the Mozaik Event Center. Workshop activities will be held in accordance with current epidemiological measures, so hurry up, sign up and take your place in the group.
"New Normal" prompted us to adapt, and this year at the 20th WinDays we will allow you to participate in three live Hands On workshops, which will be held at the end of each day of the WinDays20 conference, but with a limited number of participants. On a conference third day, December 9th, according to the schedule, a workshop on the topic of "Growth Mindset" will be held in the period from 6PM to 9PM in the Mozaik event center in compliance with all prescribed epidemiological measures.
Nowadays, when we are all getting used to the "new normal", there is a great need for change and it is inevitable, regardless of the future ahead of us. The focus of the future of business is on adapting business and employees to new working conditions, and the resilience of the organization and its employees to changes that are happening and those that still await us. We are all waiting for a transformation that means something new, different and unknown compared to the previous period. Each change requires adjustment time, and implementation takes some time as well. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare the organization and employees for the changes that are expected, and for those that we do not yet know what it will look like in the future.
Professor Carol Dweck from Stanford University, after ten years of research and working with students, proved that there is a big difference between the approach to life situations in which we find ourselves every day, if we use a developmental mindset or a fixed mindset.
For most people, change is a threat. But a change in mindset makes the threat an opportunity. Those who use this opportunity change their mental structure, from fixed to developmental. Organizations that create an environment in which the application of the developmental mental structure is encouraged, create an environment in which learning is emphasized and in which employees learn faster. Such organizations will be ready to succeed because the changes that are happening are fast and constant.

Mladen Milavić, business coach and consultant, will be your workshop moderator, who will guide you through the implementation of the developmental mental structure in the organization. During his business career, Mladen, among other things, worked at Microsoft (2003-2019), cooperating with the public sector and partners in the Republic of Croatia and countries in the region. After Satya Nadella took over as CEO of Microsoft in 2014, Microsoft embarked on the implementation of a developmental mindset within the entire organization. Using the developmental mental structure, Mladen was already chosen in 2015 (Platinum award) as one of the 300 best employees among 100,000 employees in the world. In addition, he has experience as a trainer in a Swedish company for the development of "soft" skills, is an authorized NLP "Master Practitioner" and works as a consultant for digital and business transformation of companies that want to significantly improve their business by using existing resources within organizations.
