Okrugli stol: Kako izgraditi sustav koji stvara one koji žele i mogu uspjeti – kultura uspjeha i eLeadership u temeljima modernog obrazovanja

Utkati vrijednosti kulture uspjeha u pore društva nemoguće je bez promjena u cjelokupnom obrazovnom sustavu, od najranijeg doba do visokoškolskih ustanova. Suvremeno društvo i način poslovanja zahtijevaju kadrove koji će svojom inovativnošću i prilagodljivošću odgovoriti na sve zahtjeve modernog doba u kojem je pojedinac uistinu ključan za uspjeh cijeloga sustava. Je li reforma školstva kroz koju sada prolazimo dovoljna? Što bismo već danas morali promijeniti, kako u planu, tako i u provedbi programa? Možemo li u Hrvatskoj izgraditi sustav obrazovanja koji baštini kulturu uspjeha i stvara moderne lidere? Sve su to pitanja koja stavljamo pred ključne ljude hrvatskog obrazovanja koji će zajedno sa svjetskim stručnjacima iz ovog područja iznjedriti zaključke važne za svakog pojedinca u našem društvu.

Anthony Salcito

Microsoft

In his role leading the worldwide execution of Microsoft’s vision for education, Anthony Salcito works to help empower educators and inspire students to achieve more. He aims to transform the way we learn with the support of the best technology to help build critical skills for the modern, global workplace. Prior to taking this role in 2009, Salcito was general manager of education in the United States, supporting schools and universities across the country. During this time, he helped launch the company’s cornerstone education programs. He was also at the center of Microsoft’s involvement in the creation of the School of the Future – a pioneering partnership with the School District of Philadelphia and now the first of many Microsoft Showcase Schools around the world. Salcito joined Microsoft in 1992, spending his early years at the company architecting high profile product launches for Windows NT and Windows 95. He is involved with a variety of outreach projects; has served on the board of directors for Stevens Institute of Technology WebCampus, and currently serves on the boards of the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), Junior Achievement of Washington, the European Foundation for Management Development, the National Community Education Association and Western Governors University. Boris Jokić

Ministarstvo znanosti, obrazovanja i sporta

Boris Jokić, rođen 1976. godine, znanstveni je suradnik na Institutu za društvena istraživanja u Zagrebu. Diplomirao je psihologiju na Filozofskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, a magistrirao je i doktorirao iz područja obrazovnih znanosti na Sveučilištu u Cambridgeu, Velika Britanija. Bio je član Nacionalnog operativnog tijela za izradu Strategije obrazovanja, znanosti i tehnologije te je član Nacionalnog vijeća za odgoj i obrazovanje. Od 2002. godine do danas radio je kao suradnik i (su)voditelj na više od 20 znanstveno-istraživačkih i razvojnih projekata u području obrazovanja s temama ključnih kompetencija u hrvatskom obrazovanju, kvalitete ispita državne mature, pojave privatnih instrukcija, prijelaza iz srednjoškolskog u visokoškolsko obrazovanje te razvijenosti navika i vještina učenja hrvatskih učenika. Trenutno vodi kurikularnu reformu hrvatskog sustava odgoja i obrazovanja.  

Graham Brown - Martin

Learning Without Frontiers

Graham Brown-Martin is the founder of Learning Without Frontiers (LWF), a global think tank that brought together renowned educators, technologists and creatives to share provocative and challenging ideas about the future of learning. He left LWF in 2013 to pursue new programmes and ideas to transform the way we learn, teach and live. His book, Learning {Re}imagined was published by Bloomsbury/WISE in 2015.  

Lasse Leponiemi

Lasse Leponiemi is Partner and Chief Operating Officer at SCOOL, a company reforming education through its HundrED approach and scalable formats like Campus, Dreamdo and Triplet News For decades the Finnish school system has been considered one of the best in the world. The goal of HundrED is to help Finland maintain a world-leading education system. HundrED is taking an in depth study of the next 100 years of K-12 education with 100 global thought leaders interviews, 100 exciting educational case studies & 100 new trailed innovations in schools in Finland. Findings will be shared with the world for free. Lasse has been working with youth education and career planning since 2003. In 2008, he founded an estudent counseling and marketing service whose clientele included everyone in Finland that was interested in university studies, reaching over 100.000 students monthly. When the company merged with the biggest prep-course provider in Finland in 2011 Lasse co-founded the NGO Mentors of Finland, which helps over 400 unemployed young people get a job every year. Since 2012 Lasse has been working at SCOOL developing four different education formats – used by forerunner teachers in over 30 countries. More information: www.scool.fi

Tauno Olju

EY

Tauno Olju je izvršni direktor u EY-u Hrvatska gdje od 2013. godine vodi Odjel poslovnog savjetovanja, s posebnim naglaskom na javni sektor. Posjeduje preko 15 godina radnog iskustva u osmišljavanju, provedbi i evaluaciji javnih strategija i politika te EU programa. Prije nego što se pridružio hrvatskom EY timu, radio je u Estoniji gdje je kao jedan od vodećih stručnjaka za programiranje, planiranje i procjenu sredstava Europske unije savjetovao estonsku vladu u brojnim pitanjima vezanim za provedbu EU fondova i reorganizaciju državnih institucija i poduzeća u državnom vlasništvu. Osim u Estoniji, Tauno je više od tri godine proveo u Turskoj, gdje je savjetovao tursku vladu u brojnim pitanjima gospodarske politike poput uloge malih i srednjih poduzeća te restrukturiranja državnih poduzeća. Diplomirao je financije i računovodstvo na Tehnološkom sveučilištu u Tallinnu.
